I was just finidng many people so frustrated with life being in debt. Its just a bad situation to be in .

something funny about getting into huge debts. The first time you took a dollar form your friend , you were all thinking about how to replay it back immediately. And I bet you did that pretty soon and real quick.

The next time you wanted $10 you went back to the same friend and he was all happy to help you since he knows you’l pay back real quick.

As months went by u rose in your debt amount form $1 to around $1000. Well now things dont seem real pretty. How the hell are you going to repay $1000 in time. well so this time you ask your first gentle excuse from your friend for not paying back in time. your friend is pretty fine since this is that first time ever did you ever delay a payment.

And then starts the series of things that can happen. Before you’d repayed back to your friend you cant ask for more. so you go about asking from someone else and now the great fall beigns.

eventually you find yourself in admist of huge debts which you truly can never repay for your lifetime. Stop/ Resist borrowing the first cent and you can save your head.

I just wanted to introduce this term to you. This is a format term for the money that you are left with for your use.

Discretionary primarily means , let to your will but then its second meaning goes like ‘Available for use as needed or desired’ . Well at the begining of the month once you get you paycheck , sit down and note the exact money you get in had from the paycheck as the total income (A) .

Next as explained in some previous posts , calculate the fixed + variable (possible) expenses = ‘B’ . Now go ahead and do the small math . A - B = C .

I am suprised about the bank policies. I have seen interest rates on home loans and other type of loans from the bank to be 9.55 per annum and 6% and just about a wide range of numbers…

i have never delayed my credit card bill payment so i never knew even the interest rats that the credit company charges you. Recently one of my friend failed to pay this credit bill on time. And he reports me this rip off story. The month he did not pay up in one of his credit cards , He is awarded an interest rate of 14% . For god sake its interest not a rip off.

I am surprised at such high rates of penalty when u fail to pay up for the money that you’ve spent. Now that i have learned this , the top prioity that you must give on your monthly budget is that you pay your pending credit bills as soon as possible.

Ok and this would be an un official information. But according to my friend, most credit companies have ties with each other and the information that you did not pay up just propagates across all the companies and they might keep a close watch on when they get a turn!!

Once in a while I like to assume that one day I’ll wake up and I’ll know how to do stuff. Yes, I know I’m smart, I know I can work on computer software, and I can manage people, and I can take care of most things around my house. But it’s the domestic things I don’t know how to do. I don’t know how to cook very much. And I CERTAINLY can’t sew or make things.

But once in a while I get a wild hair about how I’m going to be able to make all sorts of things if I only had a good sewing machine, for example. Sadly, today was one of those days. So I decided to look online about them. The only ones I could think of off the top of my head were Singer and Brother sewing machines. I found myself on a page I hadn’t been to before called Wize.com. They had a listing that ranked Brother sewing machines. You can sort them by price or by ranking. It told me that if I really wanted to give into my whimsy and by a Brother sewing machine, I’d only be out $60 bucks to start with. Good to know!

Luckily, though, I came to my senses instead, and went back to being the hard-working support manager who can’t sew to save her life….! Check out the Brother sewing machine and you will understand what i am speaking about!
