Almost every human wants to live longer. The secret behind living a healthy and longer life is eating the minimum amount of required calories and trying to make sure that you get appropriate vitamins and minerals from that. People eat more since they feel hungry and they are used to that appetite. Thus to fill your stomach you may over eat more fat and more calories that are not actually required to your body. Thus you must eat more green leafy vegetables and try to minimize the calories consumed. You can always consumeĀ  a huge volume of food but keep in mind top minimize the calories in it.
