No one knows what may happen in the next moment and in case of any unforeseen happenings an emergency fund would be of great help. Month after month most of us face many unplanned expenses and such things take a big cut from the savings pie. An emergency fund will help you not to depend on high interest loans or your credit card. Sudden illness, household repair and many other things that sprout out from time to time may be met with this fund and after that it can be recreated.
If there is one thing financially that will help you sleep better at night, it’s the knowledge that you have some money in the bank for a rainy day
So, be wise and start building your emergency fund.
